Summer theatre camp: where imagination meets the stage!
At SoHo Playhouse Jr., campers explore the magic of theatre through play, collaboration, and performance. Our programs are designed to be engaging, supportive, and inspiring, helping children build confidence, express themselves, and fall in love with the stage.
Off-Broadway Superstars
Ages 6 - 9 | Session A: June 22 - 26 | Session B: July 6 - 10
A week of joy, creativity, and play! Whether your child loves to perform or just wants to try something new, this camp is all about imagination, games, and having fun together. Through movement, storytelling, and playful activities, kids build confidence without even realizing it.
The week ends with a joyful mini-performance where everyone shares what they’ve created, full of laughter, teamwork, and fun onstage.
the Off-Broadway experience
Ages 9 - 12 | one Session: July 13 - 25
Creative, craft-focused, and performance-packed!
This immersive two-week program is perfect for young artists ready to take their skills to the next level. Campers explore acting, improvisation, movement, voice, and stagecraft, learning how every element of theatre comes together to create a performance.
Through guided exercises, games, and rehearsals, students develop confidence, refine their craft, and work as an ensemble to create an original production. The program culminates in a final performance on the SoHo Playhouse stage, giving each camper the thrill of performing for family and friends and a lasting love for the art of theatre.
